At the time of admission and discharge, a family member is allowed to accompany the patient to the hospitalisation unit.
During the stay, as long as the capacity of the units allows it and at the discretion of the supervision of each service and/or unit:
Geriatric Units (Convalescence, Subacute and Long Stay)
- Visits every day from the first day of admission.
- 1 persons per visit.
- Opening hours: from 10:00 h to 20:00 h.
COVID or outbreak hospitalisation units
Visits are not authorised.
Exceptional cases
- Dementia and/or cognitive impairment, with severe behavioural and/or severe confusional disorder.
- Severe anxious and/or depressive pathology.
- Severe sensory deficit.
- End-of-life situation.
Acute Psychiatry Units
- Daily visit per inpatient.
- The visit will always be by appointment.
- Only 1 person in each visit.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 4 to 7 pm, and holidays and weekends, from 10 am to 1 pm and from 4 to 7 pm.
- Duration of the visit: 2 hours.
- The allocation to the different slots and days will be made in a personalized way from the unit.
Subacute Psychiatry Units
- Daily visit per inpatient.
- The visit will always be by appointment.
- Only 1 person in each visit.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 4 to 7 pm, and holidays and weekends, from 10 am to 7 pm.
- Duration of the visit: 2 hours.
- The allocation to the different slots and days will be made in a personalized way from the unit.
