The Citizen Help Service is here to personally respond to any of your queries, suggestions or complaints. This service is open from 8am to 3pm. Outside these times, you can get your comments to us by filling in the form you will find at the centre's Information and Reception Services, and at the nursing, emergency and out-patient visits units . Leave the form in the mailbox that you will find at the door of our service.
