Our aim is that you and your family receive good care. To achieve this, your opinion is of great value to us, both for improving our services and for detecting any possible deficiencies.

The Citizen Help Service is here to personally respond to any of your queries, suggestions or complaints. This service is open every morning and evening weekdays. During 24 hours of the day we can send your comments by completing the form available at the Emergency Center.
