The Citizen Help Service is here to personally respond to any of your queries, suggestions or complaints. This service is open from 8am to 5pm (on Fridays until 3pm) and from 8am to 3pm (on Fridays until 2pm) during the summer. Outside these times, you can notify us of your suggestions in the complaints book, which you will find at the Emergency Admissions Service, or by contacting the Information Service located in the main hall of the Hospital.
