Our aim is that you and your family receive good care. To achieve this, your opinion is of great value to us, both for improving our services and for detecting any possible deficiencies.
The Citizen Help Service is here to personally respond to any of your queries, suggestions or complaints. This service is open from 8am to 5pm (on Fridays until 3pm) and in the summer from 8am to 3pm (on Fridays until 2pm). Outside these times, you can get your suggestions to us by placing them in the mailbox that you will find at the door of Admissions Service, in the hospital wards, in the Out-patient Unit, at the Emergency Unit, at the Ophthalmology Service and at the Radiotherapy Service.
